Stuck on "android is starting... optimizing app 1 of 1." i also have truecaller installed and the phone is stuck at "android is starting, starting apps" and not getting started, and without starting the phone how can i uninstall truecaller : optimizing app 1 of 1 solved on my lg g4: deleted "stopwatch & timer" app: magenta green and. Hey guys, my phone is stuck in "android is upgrading. optimizing application 1 of 1" and all i can do is 1. apply sdcard/update.zip 2. reboot system now ( does not work coz it brings me back to optimizing apps ) 3. apply update from external storage 4. wipe data / factory reset 5. wipe cache partition 6. apply update from cache. On my lg g4 my phone was doing app optimizing 1 of 4 and took about an hour to finish. i got it down to 1. 3 apps that i found out doing that were zedge, textplus, and truecaller. does anyone know about any other apps that are causing that. i'm not having this problem on my samsung note 3..
Lg g4 bootloop lg forum. i have seen a little rectangular box "during the bootloop" stating that "android is starting" "optimizing apps" but then after a few minutes the devices goes to a boot. I got a notification for a small update today, around 19mb. after downloading and installing it the phone restarted. during the optimising apps stage that happens after an update it got stuck at 150/199 and it has been like that for the last 2 hours..
